研究领域

           主要关注早期妊娠过程中胚胎着床和蜕膜化、分娩启动及其异常的分子机制。妊娠是一个复杂的、受多维因素精确调控的过程,在胚胎与母体子宫的相互作用过程中仍存在很多悬而未决的谜团,如何从不同的方向和维度来厘清这一过程是我们现在所面临的挑战。妊娠成功的母体如何在正确的时间起始分娩及其背后的分子机制现在也尚不明确,由于分娩起始异常可导致早产或者难产,因此,课题组将以生物信息为主要手段,在海量的RNA-SeqChIP-SeqscRNA-SeqHiCm6A的数据中,结合多种转基因动物模型挖掘上述生理过程中蕴含的分子调控机制。
