研究领域

    主要开展表观遗传学研究,研究聚焦细胞表型调控及疾病相关的染色质组蛋白密码重塑机制,筛选并鉴定关键的组蛋白修饰酶及其生物学功能。证明了menin等表观调控因子生物学功能及表观遗传学特性的多样性及重要性,深入揭示了多种表观遗传机制协同促进肿瘤的新型发病机制。
