发育过程中表观遗传信息通过控制时空特异性基因的有序表达精确调控细胞的命运。本课题组主要研究胚胎发育及胚胎干细胞定向分化过程中基因表达谱重编程的表观遗传调控机理,重点关注增强子、绝缘子等转录调控元件序列在细胞命运决定过程中通过染色质微环境及染色质远程互作对靶基因转录水平的调控作用。通过优化并开发生物信息分析流程提出新的理论模型,采用最新的基因编辑技术并优化多组学文库构建技术对模型进行生物学功能验证,为理解发育及疾病发生等过程中细胞功能特征的转变提出新的思路。
