The research in my laboratory is committed to an interdisciplinary exploration of auditory perception, drawing upon the principles of psychology, neuroscience, and engineering.

To elucidate the computational principles that underlie human auditory processing.

To enhance assistive devices for individuals with hearing impairments.

To design more effective machine systems for sound recognition and interpretation.
