阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s Disease, AD)俗称老年性痴呆,是最为常见的神经退行性疾病。目前该疾病的致病机制还处于系列假说中,临床上更是缺少有效防治药物。我们实验室当前主要致力于以下几个研究方向:
