Yang Lu received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in software engineering from the University of Macau, Macau, China, in 2012 and 2014, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from Hong Kong Baptist University, Hong Kong, China, in 2019.

He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Computer Science and Technology, School of Informatics, Xiamen University, Xiamen, China. His current research interest is open-world trustworthy deep learning, such as long-tail learning, federated learning, and label-noise learning.
