I am Wang Youan, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Wang Yanan Institute for Studies in Economics and the Department of Finance at Xiamen University. I completed my undergraduate studies at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, followed by obtaining my Master's and Ph.D. degrees at the University of Hong Kong. My research findings have been published in renowned international journals such as Management Science and Journal of Corporate Finance. Additionally, I have received support from funds, including the Central University Basic Research Business Fee and the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Project.

With a diverse academic background and outstanding research achievements, I integrate these experiences into my teaching responsibilities. I am passionate about imparting knowledge, igniting students' interest in corporate finance and social responsibility, and aspire to cultivate students with a profound understanding of academia and society. I am committed to making a significant contribution in the realms of education and research, aiming to drive academic progress and contribute to societal development.
